Questions & Answers

If you want your employer to cover the costs, we have an ideal solution for you. Your employer simply subscribes to a FRIWIGO account and chooses the formula that best suits their business needs. Once the account is created, your employer sets the refund amount. You will receive an email invitation to create your own account. Once you have access, you can easily add your charging point by installing and configuring the FRIWIGO software.

You can set rates based on energy consumption (in kWh), time used (per hour) or usage sessions. Each month, we charge these sessions and pay the full amount to your bank account. With each creation of a location, determine a rate, and change it at any time.

Of course, provided that you are the account administrator, you have the freedom to choose and modulate the price at any time.

We charge a connection fee for each charging station. This includes a one-time fee that covers the costs of pre-configuration, instructions, EVSE identification sticker and SIM card activation.

If a customer uses a public charging card other than FRIWIGO to charge his electric vehicle at FRIWIGO charging stations, the sum of € 0.03 excluding VAT per kilowatt hour will be charged to him. He alone will support this package. This will not impact the revenue of the owner of the charging station. This compensation is intended to cover possible insolvency cases in other mobility service providers (MSPs).
